Email Account Providers for the Association

If you're looking for custom email accounts for your community website so you can send and receive emails from your website's domain, then we recommend adding email account hosting through a 3rd party.

Email accounts allow you to send and receive individual emails to anyone from an email address at your domain. e.g. president@community.com

With or without an email account provider, you'll still be able to send bulk emails to the association using the Messages control panel. Replies will be sent to a pre-defined recipient, typically the Primary Administrator.

There are other service providers out there, but here are five that we have confirmed are compatible with our product.


Anything we need to know?

Communities that take advantage of a 3rd Party Email Account provider must host their domain in their own domain registrar account. We use and recommend GoDaddy.

CondoSites can not assist with the setup or administration of 3rd Party Email Accounts. The respective company will assist with their product and we recommend hiring an IT consultant to setup email accounts on individual devices if needed.
