Sometimes it's easier to watch...

We've assembled this website to be as comprehensive as possible, but it's a lot of text to read. So we've created this video too, because sometimes it's easier to just watch a video. After you are done, check out our demo site.

Testimonials...

Working with them is so wonderful. The owner, Jason, takes his time to explain the websites functions and is always available to answer questions. He updates the website functions often and is very receptive to ideas on how to improve the site for the users.

The layout makes it so easy to share condo news and important updates with our residents. Our residents are easily able to communicate with each other and share information about reliable vendors using the classified section. I definitely recommend CondoSites to anyone in need of an easy and efficient website for their condo that is user friendly and very reliable.

Our community recently converted to the CondoSites platform. The conversion process was extremely well organized, and CondoSites owner, Jason King took a personal interest, and was intimately involved with the process. I can't say enough about the level of professionalism we experienced, and the absolutely smooth transition process - it was flawless!

Now that our site has gone live, we have received nothing but positive feedback from our residents, and have already seen approximately 50% of our residents sign up for the internal resident portal. By all accounts, our conversion to the CondoSites platform has been extremely successful, and very well received by our community. Thank you Jason and the Condosites Team - well done!

Our condominium was directly in the path of Hurricane Dorian and the stress level for residents and staff was almost mind-numbing. Since we were shutting down all of our phones and computers, I had already directed residents to use the website, as updates would be posted there. Imagine my surprise when I got an email from CondoSites announcing they had posted Newsboard Articles with links to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) hurricane tracker and contact information on power outages and restoration plans from our local electric utility. And all without me having to do anything. After the storm, many residents commented on the website and its helpfulness. Thank you to the CondoSites staff for their proactive ‐ and thoughtful ‐ work on our behalf during this difficult process.
