The content on every CondoSites website is added by people in that community. Most often, those people are unpaid volunteers. If you love your website, there are lots of ways you can help!

Below are just a few ways you can contribute based on different skill levels; and if you don't know whom to contact in your community, please give us a call and we'll put you in touch with your community's Primary Administrator.
I am very tech savvy!
Volunteer to serve as a Primary or Secondary Administrator. Duties may include uploading regular content, or even helping to build custom content.
I know enough to be dangerous...
Photographers are always needed to capture images of and around the community, including maintenance projects and news worthy items. Think photo journalist.

Writers and proof-readers are very handy to compose text for news events, communications, and even procedures and frequently asked questions.

Document Scanners... Many community documents are only in hard copy and those documents need to be scanned before they can be uploaded to the website.
Computers scare me, but I greatly appreciate...
Volunteering can be a thankless job, so why not thank the volunteers! You can host the website committee in your home - provide coffee and desserts or lunch to these dedicated volunteers - or simply thank them for their time the next time you see them.

Our founder, Jason King, has been a web developer since 1998 and began in the condominium industry in 2003. Jason as served on five condo boards, as president to three, and all other officer positions. He also worked for three years as a property manager to a small condominium in Washington State. Finally, he is the Co-Founder and Vendor Ambassador of SD CAN-DO, the San Diego Community Association Network of Directors and Officers. This experience brings a powerful solution developed by someone who knows the industry.

  Our condominium was directly in the path of Hurricane Dorian and the stress level for residents and staff was almost mind-numbing. Since we were shutting down all of our phones and computers, I had already directed residents to use the website, as updates would be posted there. Imagine my surprise when I got an email from CondoSites announcing they had posted Newsboard Articles with links to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) hurricane tracker and contact information on power outages and restoration plans from our local electric utility.
