CondoSites has everything we were looking for in providing a website for our 144 owners. It was very easy to get up and running and Jason's continuous support and knowledge was outstanding. We're using email through our website instead of printed newsletters to save printing and mailing costs. Last year, we archived about 20 years worth of paper documents (minutes, and financial reports) to the website, making it readily accessible to all our homeowners. Jason is always incredibly responsive and pleasant to deal with when I have questions, too.

Our HOA has been with CondoSites for more than 10 years and I inherited the job of maintaining our website about three years ago. I am quite the technophobe and was very intimidated when I started. But I worried needlessly. Jason was great getting me set up and showed me how to post Board meetings times, minutes, other documents, community events, add new owners etc. He made it so easy that even someone ill at ease like me felt okay.
I find this product well suited to the Canadian Market. We are a large condominium corporation and find that it keeps everyone informed. We also have a younger population who are more familiar with computers and the internet. There are several features that we like that allow for effective communication with owners.
