Sometimes it's easier to watch...

We've assembled this website to be as comprehensive as possible, but it's a lot of text to read. So we've created this video too, because sometimes it's easier to just watch a video. After you are done, check out our demo site.

Testimonials...

I had the opportunity to work with Jason King, developer of the CondoSites website for Central Park II of Sarasota, FL. for the past year. Our website has been in existence for about 5 years. Over that time the website has been upgraded through their diligent work to make it more consumer and administrator friendly. Jason responds quickly to any inquiry. His guidance to help me learn how to upload or navigate new skills in use of the website has been invaluable. Without judgement of my limited experience, he provided the guidance and encouragement to improve our website usage. The passion for the use of the website, as a powerful tool to share various information specifically tailored to our community's needs, is very evident with the instruction from CondoSites. With the advent of the new legislative laws by the State of Florida, again CondoSites was instrumental in providing accurate information and a great document to help condominium complexes meet the requirements and timeline enacted by the state of Florida. Communication has changed over the years and will continue to change. CondoSites will provide exemplary service with the current and future needs and requirements of website management.

  • Central Park II Condomonium
  • Sarasota, FL

We're using email through our website instead of printed newsletters to save printing and mailing costs. Last year, we archived about 20 years worth of paper documents (minutes, and financial reports) to the website, making it readily accessible to all our homeowners. Jason is always incredibly responsive and pleasant to deal with when I have questions, too.

  • M. Salume, Board Member
  • Northridge Homeowners Association
  • Beaverton, OR

They are always responsive, always like hearing new ideas and suggestions, and have the patience of saints. I had never worked on updating a website before and they were invaluable when it came to my mountain of questions and sometimes screw-ups.
